VROOOOM…
blasting through
hitting a nerve
crash and turn
rubber burn
forcing
smashing barriers
eating grass
squirting gravel
impact destroying
brakes gone
noise screaming
nightmare dreaming
fuel running low
shattered window
tire boom
upside down
into ditch
water inhaling
all is failing

In time…
fog rolling in over land and ocean
creating a haunting notion
smothering air
life's despair
you call out
even shout
drowned is the sound
you are bound
caught in grey
forced to stay
awaiting the lid to lift
take off and shift
then the sun will shine through
clouds floating in clear blue
open nostril
lung's refill
rescued soul
intact and whole
the fog is long gone
time for nature's crayon
colours returning from behind the curtain
a new lively scenery is certain
once more in mankind's story
faith has shown its glory

I held you in my hand
tight tight
filled with emotion
you wrapped your arms around my heart
you did not even know
now my palm is empty
my heart lonely
until we meet again

Nature's transformation
summer has fled
and a new season lies ahead
it is time to go to rest
seal the petals in your treasure chest
the green leaf turns orange, red and yellow
sparkling colours ever so mellow
a butterfly descends on a fading flower
next year a newborn bewinged will fly with power
in the dewy early morning grass
growing toads awaits for the daylight to pass
when the sun is setting in the west
they crawl and jump the best
not long now until the frost will spread its silvery coat
and make wintertime feel less remote

a jacket with a hood
covering the misunderstood
a bat made of wood
hitting like it should
desperately looking for the good
in this rough neighbourhood

when life has lost all its glory
what more can be added to the story
empty words of nothingness
a lonely soul's complete distress
when the morning light has gone dark
and the hungry dogs bark
with covered ears you try to escape
beneath the cloud's heavy shape
no more mercy under the sky
up above you cannot fly
feathers lost on broken wings
out of tune the owl sings
in the last row and the final chapter

a broken boy
an earthly ploy

a juicy fruit
a pear
hanging from a branch
once a flower
in a bee habitat
nectar was sucked
pollen moved
the growth began
now ready to be eaten

forced restart

burning eye
spinal cord
nerve's delay
muddy knees
bloody face
immortal enemies

longing for your embrace
my creation is in mutiny
oh if I could wipe your heart's tears
erase all the fear from bygone days
the knowledge of your tremendous sorrow
a dagger piercing into the chambers of my heart

you close your eyes and cover your ears
you lock you heart and create egocentric thoughts
you use your mouth to shout in anger
you talk words without mercy
my soul is aching and my mind is crying
victimized under emotional torture
love and empathy long gone
gradual slow death

Oh if only you would shield me
embrace me in the safety of your arms
hold my heart ever so gently in your hand
Oh if only you would run away with me
find a place to settle down in peace and harmony
share the life of today and every tomorrow
Oh if only you would rescue me from harm
seek for serenity in trust and love divine
